Cloud 9 Simpatico Pillows

I picked up these Cloud9 fabrics with the plan of making some pillow covers for my friend Laura. I used my simple envelope pillow tutorial to make, though when I purchased the fabric I miss-calculated how much I would need and ended up having to add in a strip of pink check for the back panels.
...turns out, I really like this 'miss calculation'! ;) I topped them off with a coordinating orange stripe binding to jazz them up a bit more. They are right up her street with their peachy, pastel colour scheme - you only have to have a nose over at her Pinterest boards to realise how perfect they are! (p.s she always pins amazing things, so please follow her).
oh and I just couldn't resist this sweet stack of Bavaria fat quarters by Timeless Treasures, so kitsch! Can't wait to make something fun out of these :)
Don't forget to take a look at my previous post; I'm selling a bunch of fabrics as part of my fabric de-stash, you can pick up some great bargins!! Speak soon, xo
